Maintenance Engineer

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire

Salary: GBP43,260 + GBP6,500 Callout Allowance + Bonus

Working Hours: Days (8am - 5pm), Monday to Thursday; 8am - 3pm on Friday

We are seeking a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with an electrical bias to join our sustainable FMCG environment that supports the local community.

Since our formation in 2017, our business has experienced steady growth. We are expanding our maintenance division to support upcoming projects.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining and repairing equipment such as pumps, conveyors, presses, gearboxes, turbines, steam boilers, and crushing sites. You will follow the preventative maintenance plan and conduct inspections. The role involves a mix of PPM and reactive maintenance, with major projects planned over the next 18 months.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with mechanical or electrical bias
• Formal qualification, ideally Level 3 (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, D)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous
