The Role

As Programme Delivery Lead, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple high-profile projects across a portfolio of key clients. You’ll take full ownership of timelines, budgets, and performance, while building lasting client relationships and continuously improving delivery standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Lead & Deliver: Oversee complex, multi-site programmes from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  2. Client Management: Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  3. Planning & Risk: Define project scope, timelines, and risks using Celestra’s Kronus project methodology.
  4. Budget Control: Manage project finances, including P&L, invoicing, and profitability tracking.
  5. Team Leadership: Mentor and lead high-performing teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
  6. Reporting: Deliver regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  7. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects.
  8. Process Improvement: Identify ways to enhance project delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  9. Business Development: Spot opportunities for growth within client accounts and support new business initiatives.
  10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong track record in project/programme management, ideally in hospitality/retail.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex IT projects.
  • Solid understanding of EPoS systems and infrastructure rollouts.
  • Commercially aware, with excellent budget and P&L management skills.
  • Confident communicator with a knack for building strong client relationships.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and solutions-focused.
  • Full UK Driving Licence & willingness to travel when needed.
