About the role

We have an exciting opportunity in the Coupons Operations department for a Coupon Operations Executive to join a successful team! You will be responsible for accurately setting up all coupons and offers across in-store and online systems for Tesco colleagues and external suppliers, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and checking offer nominations to ensure legality and adherence to guidelines

• Following finance and audit processes
• Supporting process improvements for coupon setup and reconciliation
• Maintaining coupon systems and updating issuer codes/barcode recycling
• Providing customer advice on coupons
