About the role

We have an exciting opportunity in the Coupons Operations department for a Coupon Operations Executive to join our successful team!

You'll be responsible for accurately setting up all coupons and offers across in-store and online systems for colleagues and external suppliers, ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will be responsible for

• Receiving and checking offer nominations to ensure all coupons and offers are legal and adhere to guidelines.
• Setting up Clubcard reward offers and Tesco customer coupons across systems.
• Following finance and audit processes.
• Supporting continuous improvement of coupon setup and reconciliation processes.
• Maintaining coupon and offer systems, including issuer codes and barcode recycling.
• Providing advice to customers on coupons.

You will need

• Experience handling workload independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience working with multiple partners.

Operational Skills

• Project management experience.
• Ability to lead detailed processes and systems.
• High-level problem-solving skills.
• Customer management experience.
• Campaign management and digital marketing awareness.
