Here at Sodexo Health and Care we are currently recruiting for a Facilities Systems CAFM Assistant to join our Hard FM team at Queens Hospital Romford.This is a pivotal role in supporting the planning and execution of both planned and reactive maintenance using our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system - Maximo.
As part of the on-site Estates team, you'll be working closely with the ASOMP Manager to ensure that maintenance activities are well-scheduled, tracked, and compliant with regulatory requirements and service level agreements.
