Luminate Education Group is recruiting for an HR Administrator/Advisor to join our HR Shared Service team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to support our HR service delivery across the group. The HR Administrator/Advisor will support stakeholders throughout the employee lifecycle, including pre-employment checks, onboarding, staff changes, maternity leave, and payroll. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR administration, a positive customer service approach, the ability to manage a busy workload, and strong attention to detail.
