Luminate Education Group is recruiting for a HR Administrator/Advisor to join our HR Shared Service team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to work alongside us, enhancing our HR service delivery. We are a friendly and supportive team passionate about providing outstanding service to all stakeholders across the group.
As an HR Administrator/Advisor, you will support stakeholders throughout the employee lifecycle, including pre-employment checks, onboarding, staff changes, maternity leave, and payroll. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR administration, a positive customer service approach, the ability to manage a busy workload, and keen attention to detail.
