We’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated corporate solicitor with significant experience in private equity backed acquisition and disposals to join our Legal team at Nucleus. This role offers an opportunity to be part of an ambitious team that promotes strong legal risk management and compliance throughout the group. Our Legal Counsel will support the wider business by reviewing transaction documentation for share acquisitions, drafting and negotiating contracts with third parties (including suppliers, outsource providers, and financial services firms). Collaborating across teams, you'll build relationships, promote engagement, and embed a culture of continuous process improvement.
