The Havering Mental Health & Wellness Team (MH&WT) North is recruiting band 6 nurses to work within our community mental health and wellness team.

The post involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing a caseload of service users with complex needs, and delivering recovery-focused health and social care interventions, including risk management and safeguarding vulnerable adults.

Opportunities include working within the wellness clinic to deliver physical and mental health interventions, such as administering oral and injectable medications. Good IT skills are essential for assessing service user needs and developing personalized care plans.

You will also supervise junior colleagues, mentor students, and participate in ongoing educational and research programs. Flexibility to meet service demands is required.

• Probationary Period: This post is subject to a probationary period, except for internal applicants or those already in a probationary period or bank staff.
• Induction: New starters will undergo a comprehensive induction at our head office in Rainham, Essex, including mandatory and systems training, equipment allocation, and engagement sessions with leadership.
• High Cost Area Supplement: This role attracts a 15% supplement of the basic salary, ranging from £4,551 to £5,735 annually, pro-rata for part-time.
