Client Services Director – Marketing Effectiveness (MMM)
We’re hiring a Client Services Director to lead a high-profile, international FMCG account for a rapidly growing, independent marketing effectiveness agency. This is a unique opportunity to combine client leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on marketing mix modelling (MMM) within a collaborative and innovative environment.
The Role
You’ll manage end-to-end delivery of MMM projects across multiple markets, ensuring technical excellence and strong client partnerships. You’ll work closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to drive actionable insights, optimise media investment, and grow the client relationship.
What You’ll Do
Oversee and deliver MMM projects from scoping to presentation
Manage key client relationships and stakeholder engagement
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team
Ensure modelling and data quality standards are met
Handle project resourcing, timelines, and financials
About You
️ 5+ years in a senior client-facing role in analytics/media/consulting
️ 3–5 years hands-on MMM experience (FMCG sector preferred)
️ Confident in presenting complex data in a clear, commercial way
️ Strong project leadership and stakeholder management experience
️ Highly organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative
