Our innovative technologies aim to enhance efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing industry. Our team primarily consists of skilled mechatronics engineers dedicated to delivering robust and user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of mechatronics engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software, to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement engineering best practices, processes, and standards to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans for team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into engineering processes.
  • Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling to optimize team performance and project outcomes.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in engineering management, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in Cobot Solutions and industrial automation.
  • Experience in mechanical, electrical, and software development, including the use of 3D CAD tools and programming.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, focused on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred.
