Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of mechatronics engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and implement engineering best practices, processes, and standards to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans for team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into engineering processes.
- Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling to optimize team performance and project outcomes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in engineering management, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
- Strong technical background with expertise in Cobot Solutions and industrial automation.
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, and software development, including the use of 3D CAD tools and programming.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, focused on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred.
