Job description

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to be a key part of our team for Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted for 20 hours per week. Shift patterns will typically be 5 out of 7 days. Please note: This role is contracted for 44 weeks per year.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas.
• Ensuring proper use of all machinery and equipment.
• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries and supplies.
• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
