Job description

We're seeking a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to be a vital part of our team at Chartwells. This part-time role offers 16.25 hours per week, with a shift pattern primarily during weekdays. The role is contracted for 44 weeks per year.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing high-quality, delicious food for our clients and customers
• Maintaining cleanliness standards in the kitchen and surrounding areas
• Using machinery and equipment correctly and safely
• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
• Representing Chartwells positively and maintaining our brand image
• Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
