As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The team is responsible for ensuring customers in EMEA have access to the Google Consumer Hardware products on the market. In this role, you will be expected to own the relationship with partners and ensure proper execution of all order related fulfillment, Value Added Service activities, inventory management, and ongoing regular performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Order Management to ensure release of orders to the Third-Party Logistics partners.
• Review aging order and backlog reports on a regular basis to ensure that all orders are being released as expected.
• Coordinate required Value Added Service activities from labeling to reflashing, and provide communication with cross-functional partners as to the status of orders and requests.
• Process disposition inventory and reconcile third-party logistics inventory position with Google reported inventory.
• Review to determine areas of opportunity from a business-to-consumer standpoint.
