Un restaurant dynamique recherche un Sous Chef passionné par la cuisine fraîche et de qualité. Vous serez le soutien du Chef Principal, responsable de la gestion de l'équipe de cuisine et de l'assurance des normes élevées. Responsibilities:

  • Leading shifts and ensuring the kitchen runs effectively and safely.
  • Overseeing stocks, Health & Safety, and Hygiene standards.
  • Manning the pass to ensure food is on-spec and on-time.
  • Upholding 5-star kitchen standards.

What you'll bring

  • Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role, with a passion for fresh ingredients.
  • Strong chef skills and good hygiene practices.
  • Leadership skills, proactive approach, and commitment to high standards.
  • Knowledge of KPIs, decision-making in absence of Head Chef, and kitchen management.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Experience with rota scheduling, sales, labour forecasts, and recruitment.
  • Proven success in training and developing kitchen teams.
