Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a finance role, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Calculate new product costings including recipe and packaging costs.
• Monitor and communicate overhead spend to budget holders.
• Ensure accurate KPI and MI is communicated to management.

About The Role
The Management Accountant is responsible for providing high-quality MI and variance analysis to senior management. Working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, you will need to adapt to FBC’s evolving needs and prioritise tasks effectively. As part of a continuous improvement culture, you will proactively look for opportunities to enhance processes.

Main Responsibilities

• New product costings – calculation of recipe, packaging and labour costs.
• Period end accounting including accruals and prepayments
• Monitoring and communicating overhead spend to budget holders
• Capital Expenditure – responsibility for multi-million-pound project spend, including periodic forecasting of spend.
• Analysis and reporting of packaging, raw material and labour variances
• Financial responsibility for ensuring accurate KPI and MI is communicated to management.

Who We Are Looking For

• Part qualified in CIMA/ACCA
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a finance role, preferably within FMCG
• Experience with SAP
