Our Projects and Clients

We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Engineer to join our Highway & Structures Team on the Portsmouth City Council Highways PFI Contract with Colas Ltd.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will support the team in the delivery of highway and structures projects, including:

1. Design experience associated with highway and structures inspection, design, and supervision of works activities from initial feasibility and surveys, through design and construction phases, to supervision of works and as-built documentation.
2. Providing technical and site support for highway and structures inspections, design, and supervision of works activities.
3. Conducting site surveys, inspections, and reporting.
4. Highway & Structures Design & Drafting (AutoCAD).
5. Supervision of highway and structures works.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Good understanding and application of current highway design codes and standards.
