What is the Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme?

As we prepare for another record-breaking summer season with limited roles, we are opening opportunities for aspiring candidates to join our Cabin Crew “hold pool” for future training courses later this year.

What does this mean?

We will process your application, invite you to an online interview, and if successful, add you to a ‘hold pool’ for future training courses. You will be prioritized for placement once courses become available. Our team will keep you updated and confirm your interest in preferred or other locations.

To progress, you must complete initial stages, including an online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. Successful candidates will be invited to an online interview and, if selected, placed in our hold pool for upcoming opportunities.

Requirements
  1. Applicants must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely within the Ryanair network.
  2. Height should be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  3. You must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and support others.
  4. Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality preferred.
  5. Adaptable to shift work.
  6. Enjoy dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
  7. Proficient in English speaking and writing, with the ability to pass an English assessment.
  8. A passion for traveling and meeting new people.
