What is the Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme?

As we prepare for another record-breaking summer season with limited roles, we are opening opportunities for aspiring candidates to express interest in joining our Cabin Crew “hold pool” for future training courses later this year.

What does this mean?

We will process your application and invite you to an online interview. If successful, you will be added to a ‘hold pool’ and prioritized for future Cabin Crew training courses. Our team will stay in contact to provide updates and confirm your interest in preferred or other locations.

Please note: To progress, you must complete initial steps, including an online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. Successful candidates will be invited to an online interview and, if selected, placed in our hold pool for future training opportunities.

Requirements

• Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely within the Ryanair network.
• Be approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm) in height.
• Be able to swim 25 meters unaided and support someone else in the water.
• Be hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly.
• Be adaptable and willing to work a shift roster.
• Enjoy working with the public and providing excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Be comfortable speaking and writing in English and able to pass an English Language Assessment.
• Have a passion for travelling and meeting new people.
• Eligible for a free internationally recognized Cabin Crew Training Course.
• Enjoy unlimited highly discounted staff travel.
• Be prepared for a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern.
