Join our client in creating opportunities that help young people thrive! They are looking for an enthusiastic Youth Worker to support and empower young people aged 10 - 16. This role focuses on social education, mentoring, and engagement through various activities, ensuring young people feel supported, included, and inspired.

Job Details
  • Job title: Youth Worker
  • Location: Ipswich
  • Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 20:00 (30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). Flexible working hours can be discussed during the interview.
  • Salary: ALT Grade G points 20 - 24: £30,060 - £33,366 FTE; £24,372.97 - £27,053.51 Actual per year

Candidate Requirements
  1. A Level 3 Qualification in Youth Work or relevant experience.

  3. Understanding of youth-related challenges with the ability to offer guidance and support.
  4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
  5. A positive, energetic, and proactive approach to engaging young people.
