Job description

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Porter to support the smooth operation of Chartwells on a full-time basis, contracted for 40 hours per week.

Role Overview

Shift Pattern

Shifts will typically be 4 days out of 7.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in keeping the lobby and public areas clean and tidy.
2. Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff with setup and furniture movement.
3. Handle reception duties such as booking theatre tickets or restaurant reservations.
4. Respond to customer requests as needed.
5. Ensure customer safety by managing signage for wet floors or painting areas.
