Job description

Our Kitchen Assistants/Team Members are responsible for preparing our food offerings to the highest quality and standards. Their role is crucial in maintaining smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Opening hours:

from 10.00am to 2.00am from Monday to Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the kitchen is set up and ready for each service, with appropriate levels of Pasta Sauces and ingredients, managing waste and stock levels effectively.
• Wear a full smart clean uniform and protective clothing as required.
• Adhere to Pasta Evangelists standards to ensure high-quality products.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with Health and Safety regulations.
• Monitor ingredient availability and inform team leaders in advance.
• Record food information, manage stock rotation (FIFO), and document wastage.
• Utilize SOPs to maximize food quality and speed.
• Maintain equipment, ensuring proper temperature records and safe handling.
• Prepare and cook food according to standards and recipes.
• Check deliveries, store items properly, and report issues.
• Operate wash-up area effectively, ensuring cleanliness.
• Dispose of rubbish correctly following waste management protocols.
• Report equipment issues promptly.
• Follow shutdown procedures to keep the kitchen clean and ready for the next shift.
• Organize pest checks and report concerns.
