Our UK facility is the European Maintenance Centre Hub for the SHE Group, performing level 1 to level 3 maintenance and repairs on complex helicopter engine components.

What will I be doing?
Manage a dedicated customer portfolio, by achieving:
• Strategy:
- Define and steer the short, mid and long-term commercial strategies of your dedicated customer portfolio in accordance with the company strategy, 5 year plan and contract performance reviews.
- Identify prospective Products and Services of interest and potential sales
- Find new business opportunities for site growth and Increase our Support By the Hour (SBH) penetration within our region
• Customer satisfaction:
- Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction within account portfolio through all the components of the aftersales market: technical support, responsiveness, service rates, material supply, and contract performance KPI's
- Ensure the fulfilment of commitments to Customers
- Supporting the Customer Support Representative team were applicable in delivering results and collective performance
• Sales:
- Meet or exceed the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets within your area of responsibility and for set customers
- Setting budgets and forecasts, including 5 Year Plan
- Create commercial proposals and drive the offer review process
- Propose best commercial solution according to situation and customer's needs, in compliance with the contractual agreements and company commercial policies
- Travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development efforts across the UK and internationally.
• Contracts:
- Negotiate contracts with customers and ensure all amendments are completed on time
- Monitor contract compliance
• Finance:
- Manage credit limit and Pilot the cash collection from assigned customers
- Increase SAFRAN HE and HE UK Margins
- Participate in monitoring internal controls where necessary to ensure compliance

• Experience in a Customer Management
• Strong business/commercial acumen with attention to finding sales opportunities
• Commercial negotiation skills experience
• Have a deep knowledge of products and services
• Deliver on commitments
• Be Proactive, a self-starter and take imitative
• Be flexible on working hours and willing to travel
• Be able to integrate and synthesize a large number of information coming from multiple sources
• Have presentation skills; be able to create and present
• Good English – verbal and written
