The Role:

1. Join the firm’s reputable criminal team and handle a range of high-quality criminal law cases.
2. Assist in achieving Duty status, with support for accreditation if needed.
3. Prepare cases at all court levels and advise clients at police stations, attending Magistrates Courts and assisting with Crown Court preparation.

The Candidate:

1. Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least one seat in crime or seeking to develop a specialization in criminal law.
2. Proven technical expertise in criminal law preferred.
3. Knowledge of criminal procedures, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
5. Duty qualified or eager to work towards Duty qualification.
