About the Company

As a specialist provider of resources to the Property & Associated Technology markets, we are partnering with a niche, award-winning digital consultancy developing bespoke solutions for customers within the Property Services, Facilities Management, and Real Estate marketplaces.

Role Overview

The purpose of the role is to work within an agile framework to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities include gathering user requirements, developing user stories, preparing documentation, designing, developing, testing applications, peer reviewing code, supporting deployment, integrating applications, troubleshooting, adhering to quality standards, and providing third-level support.

Essential Skills

• Experience building .Net/.Net Core web applications in C#
• .Net/Entity Framework/React frameworks
• ASP.Net Core, Web Forms, MVC
• APIs/Web Services
• Knowledge of Azure (LogicApps, Azure Function Apps, Web Apps)

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery, React JS)
• SQL Server, T-SQL, SQL scripting
• SSIS/SSRS/SSAS, Power BI
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Python, Flask, Apache Kafka, Git, GitHub, Postman, Swagger
• Azure DevOps
• Experience with Agile/Scrum
• Knowledge of client/server application development
• Understanding of unit testing and relational databases
• Computer Science degree or equivalent industry experience in Property Services, Facilities Management, or Real Estate
