What We Expect

As our Fit:Out Site Manager, youll be the driving force behind our interior transformations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all on:site activities for fit:out projects, ensuring smooth progress, adherence to specifications, and timely completion.
• Directly managing specialist subcontractors (e.g., joinery, electrical, mechanical, finishes), ensuring seamless coordination and quality workmanship.
• Implementing and enforcing stringent health and safety procedures specific to interior environments.
• Maintaining detailed site records, including progress updates, snag lists, and quality control documentation.
• Proactively identifying and resolving any design or coordination challenges to maintain project momentum.
• Liaising closely with designers, architects, and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment with their aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Ensuring all finishes and installations meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
• Managing the efficient flow of materials and resources within often constrained interior spaces.
