Job Title: Supply Planner at Arla Foods

Are you looking to boost your career in a dynamic and global FMCG company? Do you want to work with some of the UK’s best-loved dairy brands? Are you interested in joining a business that invests in your development?

Arla Foods is currently seeking a Supply Planner to join our thriving Supply Planning team, working hybrid from our head office in Leeds. In this role, you will report to the Supply Planning Manager and work on a global scale to ensure delivery on our Delivery Accuracy targets and reduce waste across the category.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide timely production volumes based on forecasted demand to contribute to high customer Delivery Accuracy while minimizing waste of finished goods.
2. Monitor demand and forecast variance in the short term, review with demand planning, and adjust future plans to maintain optimal stock levels.
3. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Demand and Collaboration, Brand, Commercial Account Managers, and Product Managers to identify future issues and opportunities for optimal customer delivery.
4. Establish strong relationships with DK Global Planning and site contacts to ensure effective communication and fulfillment of UK requirements.
5. Continuously improve the replenishment planning process and system, and suggest improvements across the value chain.

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working within an FMCG environment, preferably in a similar production or replenishment planning role. You should have a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain levers and experience managing and delivering supply-related projects.

• Proficient in SAP
• Experience with APO is preferable
• Previous experience with BW and BI reporting is a plus
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform outcomes
