About the Role

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to the Norwegian language to improve the AI's accuracy and applicability.
2. Problem Solving: Use your expertise to provide step-by-step solutions and explanations to complex problems in Norwegian, including checking punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing.
3. Red Teaming: Identify potential biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base, and design tests to push the model's understanding, ensuring reliable outputs.
4. Flexible Scheduling: Create your own working hours depending on project length.

About You

• Enrolled in or have completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in Norwegian.
• Strong writing skills with excellent English spelling and grammar.
• Critical eye with the ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses of written text.
• Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
