Job Role: Multi Trader

Location: Hastings

Perm Salary: Up to £35,000

Job Description:

As a Social Housing Multi Trader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving social housing properties.

Our client is currently seeking a skilled multi trader with strong knowledge in boxing in, changing taps, and tiling. They are looking for a candidate who is either a versatile plumber capable of tiling or a carpenter with strong skills in plumbing and tiling.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the planned works team.
• Perform repairs and maintenance across various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Respond promptly to service requests.
• Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to achieve project goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and address their concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader in social housing or a similar environment.
• Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing, carpentry, or related fields.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:
