• Understanding of Manhattan WMS is preferred, training provided.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Organise and monitor the order flow to make sure orders are being picked and shipped to meet their cut off times
• Manage and investigate any allocation shortages to make sure orders are being fulfilled to meet customer satisfaction
• Participate in regular reviews of the Control room processes, the maintenance and review of SOP’s and Risk Assessments
• Gain exceptional system knowledge and provide continuous onsite system support, being the first point of contact with any system troubleshooting

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Understanding of Manhattan WMS is preferred, however, training is provided
• Experience of working within an administrative capacity, in a logistics environment would be a big tick for us but not essential.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
