About the Role

Our operation runs 24/7, offering a variety of shift patterns to provide flexible working options. Late and weekend shifts are a requirement, and some flexibility with your work pattern may be needed.

Our stores stock a wide range of products, and our warehouse teams play a vital role in ensuring these products reach the shelves on time. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Replenishing stock of various sizes and types.
2. Picking stock by store or product type and preparing deliveries.
3. Using warehouse equipment safely (training provided).

This role offers an opportunity to pursue a Level 2 warehouse operative apprenticeship alongside your work. Support will be provided by our apprenticeship provider, Babcock, and your line manager. Passing functional Maths and English tests is required unless exempted.

About You

You should be friendly, proactive, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high standards accurately and efficiently. A key focus is ensuring stores receive the right stock 'on time in full'. You must be willing to commit to the 12-month Level 2 apprenticeship.
