Nightingale Community Academy seeks a motivated Attendance & Admissions Officer to enhance student attendance and support admissions. This role is crucial for safeguarding and fostering a positive educational environment. The successful candidate will work closely with families to address barriers to learning and contribute to the school's achievement goals.

Point 19 (FTE £31,430) to Point 25 (FTE £34,777). Actual salary £26,193.48 to £29,779.51 depending on qualifications and experience.

Nightingale Community Academy is a special school in Wandsworth for 120 boys aged 5 to 19 with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Primary pupils benefit from a purpose-built classroom hub, outdoor adventure playground, weekly music lessons, and a comprehensive therapy service. Secondary and post-16 students are offered a broad curriculum including vocational courses such as motor vehicle studies, construction, horticulture, and hospitality. All pupils benefit from regular animal therapy at Tom’s Farm, located on the spacious school site.
