Job Description

We offer various agreement options ranging from 8 to 16 hours per week, tailored to your experience and career goals. These paid gym hours enable you to build a client base through MOVE sessions, gym events, challenges, group training classes, and customer service duties.

Our team focuses on supporting new member sales, retention, and supporting the wider team on secondary products that drive profitability. We expect high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Rapidly growing your client base may allow you to reduce gym floor hours to maximize your PT earnings.

• Note: Not all clubs currently offer hourly options; if unavailable, freelance options are provided.
