Job Description

We offer various agreement options ranging from 8 to 16 hours per week, depending on your experience and career goals. These paid gym hours enable you to build a successful client base through MOVE sessions, gym events, challenges, group training classes, and general customer service duties.

Our focus is on supporting new member sales and retention, as well as supporting the wider team on secondary products that drive profitability. We expect our teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation while representing our brand. If you grow your client base rapidly, you can reduce your gym floor hours to maximize your PT earnings.
