Residential Conveyancer – Bolton (Hybrid working) – Up to£28,000 - £38,000 DOE

This position is for anaward-winning, professional team of conveyancing, solicitor lawyersand legal experts. They have been leading solicitors since 2011 andare now looking to add an experienced conveyancer to their team.

What you’ll be doing

• As a Conveyancer, you have a mixed caseload of Freeholdsand Leaseholds
• Managing on a day to day basis a caseloadwhich includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction frominstruction to completion, registration and closure of the file
• Drafting legal documents including Standard PrecedentLetters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completionletters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms
• Applying for searches to include Land Registry andPre-Completion
• Complete SDLT forms

What youwill have

• Previous experience in managing aconveyancing caseload
• Thorough knowledge and understanding ofResidential Conveyancing
• Knowledge of Case Management Systemsand Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
