Our market leading and well established Property Management company is recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join our growing team in East Croydon.
Our company specialises in managing blocks of flats and offers a range of related services including insurance broking, lettings management, surveying, company secretarial, and concierge services. We have a strong track record of success and are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.
The Role:
As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for multiple companies within our group, encompassing over 450 employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
Payroll qualifications and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of statutory requirements, including pension reforms.
Proven team management skills.
Experience in accounting.
Excellent Microsoft skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Experience with Sage 50 Payroll.
Desirable:
Experience with Sage 200 Accounts.
CIPP qualification
