Job Description:

Do you have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies? If so, our client, a professional membership organisation, is looking to appoint a Marketing and Engagement Executive to their marketing team. This role could also be attractive to a candidate looking to step up to Senior Marketing and Engagement Executive level. The role will focus on promoting the organisation and supporting the delivery and implementation of marketing plans, including events and membership. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Sales, you will develop strong working relationships across the organisation, delivering excellent marketing plans and coordinating activities using various marketing channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and refining marketing plans based on data analysis
  • Collaborating with the Events Manager to oversee marketing activities at external exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
  • Creating compelling written and visual content for digital and printed marketing materials
  • Utilising data analytics to identify market trends and provide actionable insights
  • Generating reports to support data-driven decisions
  • Managing the website content, ensuring it is updated, SEO-optimized, and targeted

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable marketing experience, preferably within a membership organisation, non-profit sector, or academic publishing. Strong communication skills, proficiency with digital marketing strategies, CRM systems, and data analytics are essential. Project management skills and a track record of meeting marketing objectives and supporting revenue growth are also required.
