Regional Sales & Education Manager – Northwest, Northeast, and Scotland

Role Description

As Regional Sales & Education Manager, you will work closely with the Commercial Director - EMEA to support sales and education across our key accounts. You will be responsible for achieving regional KPIs such as sales targets, education, and training strategies, while managing and nurturing your team to become results-driven and the best in the business.

As a leader, you should be assertive, confident, yet approachable. You must demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills, personnel management, and the ability to implement new processes. Leading by example with a positive, can-do attitude is essential.

Key Job Responsibilities

  1. Outline a comprehensive recruiting and training program for the region.
  2. Prioritize in-store performance issues to address those most impacting sales.
  3. Coach and develop team members to inspire regional success.
  4. Analyze regional market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
  5. Suggest new services and innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
  6. Manage all training and educational needs across the region.
  7. Organize and execute training and educational programs for the team.
  8. Support the business by organizing and executing national training sessions and events.
  9. Recommend and implement new training and education initiatives as needed.
  10. Ensure correct merchandising across the region and update guidelines to meet Pixi standards.
  11. Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to maximize growth opportunities within retail partners.
  12. Present sales forecasts and develop action plans to meet targets.
  13. Build strong relationships with Pixi team members and in-store staff at all levels.
  14. Work closely with the Commercial Director – EMEA to provide tools and support for successful operations.
  15. Review regional expenses and suggest improvements.
  16. Act as a brand ambassador, leading by example.
  17. Support overall business needs as required.
