About The Role

The D&BI team works on enabling integration, transformation, and visualization across MO, helping the organization maximize the value of its data.

• Designing and building data feeds and applications within an agile scrum team
• Collaborating with business users to create self-serve data environments in our snowflake data lake or AWS data science platform
• Developing and managing BI reports
• Designing data processes, including quality, reconciliation, testing, and governance
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives
• Supporting software releases, including production support and stakeholder sign-offs in UAT
• Assisting with prioritization and estimation
• Providing technical leadership to junior team members

Minimum criteria include:

• Extensive experience with Snowflake or Oracle databases
• Experience building data warehouses with ETL/ELT tools
• Knowledge of star schema/dimensional modeling
• Strong SQL skills
• Familiarity with data formats like XML, JSON, CSV
• Proven BI solution delivery experience
• Experience with Agile development and cloud environments

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Oracle ODI/OAS
• AWS experience (Terraform, Lambda, Step Functions, S3)
• Oracle Cloud experience
• Knowledge of machine learning or data science, including Python
• Technical leadership background
• Understanding of customer data sets
