Role & Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end delivery of data projects within the risk and financial domain independently.
2. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to understand data requirements and create scalable data models and pipelines.
3. Design, build, and maintain complex ETL pipelines and data integrations sourcing from structured and unstructured data.
4. Develop and optimise data artifacts, including datasets, dashboards, and visualisations for fraud detection, risk analytics, and KPI tracking.
5. Improve logging, monitoring, and data security practices continuously.
6. Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to influence product and cross-functional teams.
7. Require 8+ years of proven experience leading data engineering projects end-to-end with a strong product sense.
8. Proficiency in SQL, with experience in writing and optimising complex queries.
9. Expertise in data modelling and ETL best practices.
10. Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
11. This role is fully remote but may require onsite presence depending on data sensitivity or access to prototype systems.
