The role: As the Head of E-Commerce, you will take full ownership of our Amazon business for UK, Europe, and USA, managing the account end-to-end from product launches, content, storytelling, PPC, promotions, stock pricing, stock management, with overall responsibility for the P&L. You will initially focus on Vendor Central with some Seller Central responsibilities, leading the company’s B2B and D2C Ecommerce activities as strategies are developed.
You will collaborate closely with PMs, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and your team to execute the strategy set by the Directors.

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Lead growth strategy of the Amazon business and manage the internal Amazon team.
- Manage relationships with Amazon (Vendor Manager & AVS) and support the Finance team with queries.
- Work with Finance to maintain financial accuracy.
- As a Senior Leadership team member, oversee daily operations and key initiatives.
- Manage and develop the E-Commerce team, fostering a data-driven culture and continuous improvement.
- Use strategic thinking, conduct competitor analysis, and understand products and customers deeply.
- Manage pricing and promotions to maximize value.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize product pages with high-quality content and storytelling.
- Decide on product selection, pricing, and Amazon spend with leadership and teams.
- Create and implement advertising strategies using AMS, SEO, DSP, and other Amazon tools.
- Manage inventory and replenishment efficiently through the team.
- Oversee reputation management via reviews and feedback.
- Implement tools to support Amazon success.
- Manage staffing and agency relationships.
- Monitor account health, sales, trends, and offers.
- Report on campaign strategies and activities across territories.
- Participate in the Senior Leadership team to shape future strategies.
Candidate Profile:
We seek a self-starter, resourceful, and ambitious individual who thrives in complex environments and embraces challenges. Entrepreneurial with proven trading skills, capable of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, and experienced in leading teams and managing high-volume products.
Skills Required:
- At least 5 years in E-commerce trading with a successful track record, especially with high-volume, lower-cost products.
- Deep knowledge of E-Commerce business and Amazon ecosystem, including marketing and tools.
- Proven sales growth on Amazon and expertise in vendor central and marketing programs.
- Strong commercial awareness, competitor analysis skills, and understanding of KPIs and business drivers.
- Experience owning P&L and focusing on ROAS.
- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Creativity, brand vision, entrepreneurial flair, and hands-on approach.
- Experience in fast-moving environments and PPC/promotion campaigns.
- Ability to understand products and target audiences, develop stories, and oversee financial aspects.
- Autonomy in working life, leadership experience, and familiarity with high-volume trading environments.
