Job Overview
We seek a Band 3 Healthcare Facilitator to support treatment plans at Lakeside Mental Health Unit. The role involves understanding the needs of service users in mental health crises and working with acutely unwell individuals. Job Responsibilities
Assist in meeting the holistic needs of service users, respecting their dignity and promoting equality and diversity. Support recovery principles, encourage user responsibility, and work under supervision of a registered nurse. Maintain accurate records in line with policies.

Person Specification
Qualifications: Willing to undertake relevant training; GCSE or equivalent education.

Skills: Assessment, planning, communication, workload management, basic IT skills.
