Associate Engineer (Structural / Project Management)

Salary: 80,000 - 100,000 + Bonus + Progression to Directorship + Hybrid + 25 Days Holiday

About the Role

Are you an Associate Engineer or Senior Engineer with a background in Structural Engineering seeking a highly autonomous role? This position offers full ownership of multi-million pound projects.

Do you have experience in Commercial or Residential projects and wish to work for a successful, close-knit consultancy serving blue-chip clients?

In this role, you will manage high-value projects from inception to completion, acting as the business's face while actively engaging in design work. You will delegate tasks to CAD and Design teams, ensure projects stay on schedule, and mentor junior staff.
