Are you highly organised with strong attention to detail? Are you looking for a flexible, remote-first part-time role that fits around your existing commitments? SeeMore Energy is currently recruiting for a part-time Operations Administrator to support our growing team.

About SeeMore Energy

SeeMore Energy is a UK-based energy consultancy helping businesses improve efficiency, reduce energy costs, and work towards sustainability goals. Our services include energy procurement, net-zero consultancy, and energy efficiency projects. Key Responsibilities

  • CRM and Document Management: Maintain up-to-date customer records using UtilityClick and manage business documentation via SharePoint.
  • Administrative and Data Entry Support: Input and manage essential company data accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Support: Assist with general client enquiries and support the delivery of services.
  • Sales and Process Support: Support the team in handling tenders and background administrative processes.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has prior experience in administration, data entry, or similar support roles
  • Demonstrates excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Is happy with part time working, 16-20 hours per week. This position is ideal for someone looking to work within school hours.
  • Is comfortable working independently in a remote setting with an autonomous approach
  • Is proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based platforms
  • Has a proactive, dependable, and professional approach to work

This role may be particularly well suited to someone seeking flexible hours, such as a returner to work or a parent with school-aged children.
