Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Midlands

The position involves being a key contact point for Airband customers, responding to queries via email, phone, and social media, supported by detailed administration. You will provide excellent customer service and assist with technical fact-finding conversations.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you should have a confident telephone manner, excellent communication skills, and be able to handle customer queries efficiently, offering rapid solutions.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting and investigating customer complaints.
  • Responding to calls and social media messages.
  • Ensuring high customer service standards.
  • Answering calls within SLAs.
  • Performing administrative tasks, processing cancellations, supporting retentions.
  • Representing Airband professionally and contributing to company goals.

Candidate requirements:

  • Confident communication and strong people skills.
  • Minimum 6 months customer service/contact centre experience.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Understanding of Customer Service excellence.
  • Experience in Telecoms, ISP, Utilities is advantageous but not essential.
  • Background in sales with a focus on deadlines and results.
