As an Apprentice Technician in the Client Services Team based in Cheltenham, your role will involve providing efficient administrative support to the Technical Team and Broking Divisions, ensuring compliance with FCA and internal audit guidelines.

Entry-level technicians are supported to achieve professional qualifications, including the Cert CII in insurance via a fully supported Level 3 apprenticeship route.

Responsibilities:

  4. Working collaboratively to manage multiple complex claims.
