As an Apprentice Technician in the Client Services Team based in Cheltenham, your role will involve providing efficient, effective, and expert administrative support to the Technical Team and Broking Divisions, in line with compliance, FCA, and internal audit guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with all incoming communication (mainly emails)
  • Providing details to support discussions around policy changes
  • Reviewing claims information
  • Working as part of a team to manage multiple complex claims
