About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the IT Project & Services Department. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our team as we work on several IT projects supporting the airport. You will work within a multi-disciplinary IT department, delivering support, design, and project implementation tasks.

This role is ideal for applicants with an understanding and interest in Information Technology who wish to develop their knowledge and experience in a supportive environment. We are also interested in candidates with experience in a broader ICT support role or relevant skills seeking to advance into a career in IT.

Main Duties and Responsibilities (Desirable Skills)
  • SQL administration
  • Airport applications support
  • SharePoint / M365 support
  • Providing support to service desk queries
  • Desktop/Server support
  • Network/Communications support
  • IT project implementation support
  • Cybersecurity promotion
  • Documentation and administration
  • Participate in the 24/7/365 on-call system, supporting critical IT systems and incidents
  • Work with third-party suppliers and contractors
