Job Title: Full-Stack Marketer

Location: Remote-first, Global

We are a remote-first, bootstrapped company in scale-up mode. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and ambitious Full-Stack Marketer to help drive our marketing efforts across various channels and accelerate our global growth.

? What You’ll be Doing

Content Marketing:

  • Develop lead magnets and blog posts that engage and educate our target audience.
  • Write copy for social media posts, ads, and website content.
  • Optimize content performance using creativity and data.

Newsletters & Webinars:

  • Own email newsletters from creation to analysis.
  • Launch and manage webinars, ensuring they are informative, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s voice.

Website Management:

  • Manage website content updates, ensuring everything aligns with our marketing goals.
  • Work with the team to optimize for SEO, UX, and performance.

Paid Channels:

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, PPC, Google, and other platforms.
  • Optimize paid channels through data analysis and continuous improvement.

Data & Analytics:

  • Use data to inform strategies for content, paid media, and overall marketing.
  • Track key metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for optimization.

You’re a strong fit if you have:

  • Have at least 2-3 years in B2B marketing, ideally in early-stage startups or SaaS.
  • Are a creative, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have experience with content marketing, paid channels, SEO basics, and data analytics.
  • Know how to use AI tools for marketing automation and optimization.
  • Have excellent prioritization skills and are eager to disrupt the industry.
  • Have worked in early-stage or bootstrapped startups.
  • Are comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and AI-driven marketing tools.
  • Remote-first, international team
