Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 p/a dependent on experience

Plus access to annual bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (for example)

Job role:

Join our dynamic IT team as a Product Manager, playing a vital role in shaping and delivering high-quality software products aligned with our business goals. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you'll define and prioritise product features, act as a key liaison across teams, and ensure solutions meet the needs of clients, reporters, and internal users. Collaborate closely with Software Development and subject matter experts to drive innovation and value through impactful technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Understand and align with the product vision
  2. Define and prioritise product features
  3. Maintain an up-to-date product backlog
  4. Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
  5. Create user stories and acceptance criteria
  6. Participate in sprint ceremonies and review completed work
  7. Maintain the product roadmap with key stakeholders
  8. Act as the primary contact for product-related queries
  9. Support timely delivery of product features
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Required Experience and Skills:
  • Experience in product delivery and software development
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate product vision and requirements clearly
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, making data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA) and understanding of software development processes
  • Passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional products
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and performance in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with quality management techniques to ensure delivery quality
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills
